Peralta S: GFG Style revives the Maserati Boomerang on Maserati MC20 foundations

Silver Peralta S sports car displayed indoors with sleek, aerodynamic design and modern LED headlights.

A name with a story: Peralta S and GFG Style

Peralta S is an unusual badge for a supercar, yet the choice is straightforward to explain: it matches the name of the Mexican collector who commissioned the car from GFG Style.

The Giugiaro lineage and the Maserati Boomerang influence

If GFG Style does not immediately ring a bell, you are likely to recognise the surnames behind it: Giorgetto and Fabrizio Giugiaro (father and son) - Giorgetto Giugiaro was even regarded as the best car designer of the 20th century…

In this case, however, the Peralta S was penned by the son, Fabrizio. Its starting point was one of his father’s landmark concept cars: the 1971 Maserati Boomerang.

Wedge styling and mirrored aluminium bodywork

The Peralta S brings back the Boomerang’s wedge profile, here sliced lengthways by a single, continuous arcing line - and then pushed further.

The dividing line between the glasshouse and the body panels looks almost as if it has been erased, helped by the mirror-like finish of the polished aluminium panels. In daylight, the visual impact is remarkable…

Canopy access and gullwing side windows

This creation’s sense of theatre also shows in how you enter the cockpit - via a canopy - and in the way the side windows open, using a gullwing arrangement.

Likely Maserati MC20 underpinnings and 630 cv V6 biturbo

Technical specifications have not been shared, but all signs suggest the Peralta S began life as a Maserati MC20. That would strengthen the link to its Boomerang muse and should equip the Peralta S with suitably strong performance, thanks to a 630 cv biturbo V6.
